While in most of the country, winter shuts down outdoor farmer’s markets, but the Siesta Key Farmer’s Market stays up and running all year-round. Every Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., discover local and regional produce offerings, even in the winter. The winter season brings about fresh, ripe citruses including the Honeybell orange and other local favorites. The market is held at 5104 Ocean Blvd., in the Village.

The cooler months are the best time to take advantage of this trail system due to its lack of shade, which can make a ride in the summer very hot. The closest entrance to the trail from Crescent Royale is at the Palmer Ranch trailhead.
